The Hands-On Workshops are one of the most popular aspects of our conference from year to year.
At ESS EXPO.08 attendees found product managers, trainers and technical support staff situated at a battery of workstations, ready to field questions on all of our software applications.
The Hands-On Workshops offered an ideal opportunity for one-on-one consultation plus the chance to try new technologies and solutions in real-time — working side-by-side with our experts in a friendly informal setting. There was no fixed agenda or schedule. All of that was determined by the needs and interests of our attendees.
Experts were available to help with all current Essential Suite™ and Compliance Suite™ products.
As usual, the Hands-On Workshops was open throughout the general conference.
Using the newest version of Essential Performance Manager™, attendees created executive dashboards with all the bells and whistles that they would want. The winner of the best design received a new TomTom® GPS system.
All designs were be posted in the Technology Exhibit Hall for attendees to vote on - the design with the most votes was the winner.*
Monday (1pm - 1:30pm) and Tuesday (12:30pm to 1pm)
On Monday, attendees looked "under the hood" with the ESS Development Team to get all the nuts and bolts about the new Essential Performance Manager v7.1. On Tuesday, we took an in-depth look at all the new features and modules that Essential Suite v7.1 has to offer.
Starting at 11am on Monday and every other hour, attendees were able to chat one-on-one with a developer or product manager about any ESS solution. This was an "all access" pass to the illusive development team.
